Step01
Connect your way
Take the fit quiz yourself or book a discovery call and we'll walk through it together. Either way, we get a clear picture of your business and needs upfront, so we only move forward if there's a genuine fit. Everything shared is confidential.
Step02
In-depth assessment
In the business assessment appointment that follows, we get a more nuanced idea of how the business runs, what is already in place and what you need going forward. From there, we build the scope and confirm we're a good fit for each other.
Step03
Onboarding
We send the service agreement, set up shared access, and get everything in place to start working with your business. Where needed, we also handle CRA authorization, remittance permissions and any other access your engagement requires. NDA available on request.
Step04
Ongoing engagement
The partnership begins and you get clean books, management reports and everything else delivered on a monthly basis. After each periodic review, you'll know exactly where your business stands. And if anything new comes up, book a new needs discussion and we'll take it from there.

For small businesses that just need accurate bookkeeping and insightful management reports.
Covers the monthly bookkeeping entries plus reconciliations, adjusting entries, accruals and prepaids, management reporting, analysis, and year-end close.
Range reflects volume and complexity. The plan you fit reflects scope. We set both based on the questions answered and other information gathered during the assessment call.
Terms of Engagement
Contract is month-to-month, cancellable anytime. If you are not satisfied with the work at the time you choose to leave, we refund or waive your most recent monthly fee.
