§ 01
What I do

Bookkeeping and back-office support, in one place.

Four clear ways to get support: one-time work when the books need to be fixed, or ongoing support when you want the monthly back office handled.

§ 03
How it works

Start clear. Stay supported.

Step01

A few questions

The 5 questions tell me a lot about the books, the system, and the biggest issues that need solving.

Step02

The Diagnostic Review

Choose whichever you're comfortable with: upload exported transactions, upload reports, read-only access, or start with a discovery call. I spot the problems, scope the improvements, and map out where you can do better.

Step03

The fix

Clean-up, catch-up, migration, coaching, or a review. Each runs as a one-time project with a written scope and price. If the books are already current, you can move straight to ongoing support.

Step04

Ongoing support

We figure out what support you actually need, sign a contract with clear scope and an NDA, and get to work.

Why FRS

What FRS is about.

I started FRS to build something of my own and to work closely with small businesses across industries. I like working with people who care about what they're building.

I've seen how often the back office gets messy. The books drift, deadlines slip, admin piles up because owners are busy running the business.

That's the problem FRS exists to solve.

Bookkeeping, payroll, and back-office support for small businesses and self-employed professionals across Canada. Clean books, management reports and a monthly summary of what's working and what needs attention.

Bookkeeping & Reporting is the core monthly tier. Payments & Admin Support adds payroll, AP/AR, government filings, and the back-office admin around your team. One contact handles it all, not a different person for every task.

Professional services, digital creators, wellness practices, and founder-led companies of all kinds. If you're running a small business in Canada, I can help.

After the diagnostic, I put together a fixed monthly quote based on your volume, complexity and the services you need. The number doesn't move until your scope does.

Start with the diagnostic or request a discovery call. For the diagnostic, answer the 5 questions, which takes about a minute, then choose whichever you're comfortable with: upload exported transactions, upload reports, read-only access, or start with a discovery call. I go through the books and reports, walk you through what I found on a short call, and send a written report with a fixed quote.

Then start with a discovery call. We'll discuss your business, current processes and whether we're a good fit before looking at any financial information.

Client financial information is used only to deliver your services and meet recordkeeping requirements. I work with a small set of trusted, reputable tools, and your financial data is never sold, shared or used outside your engagement with FRS except where required to provide services or comply with law. FRS also uses Google Analytics for website analytics and Google Ads to measure which ads lead to an enquiry. Neither is used to identify you personally, and you can opt out through your browser settings. I don't discuss or disclose who my clients are, what they do, or what they earn. That includes your identity. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
